(中文)本課程由水文學及水力學之觀點出發，探討重要之水利工程課題，並介紹其相關理論、設計方法及應用，以水利工程設施、經濟與規劃介紹為主，實務介紹為輔。另一重點為介紹水資源工程規劃所遭遇到的問題與設計上的基本知識，及由工程、經濟及環保等觀點來評選最適當之水資源開發方案。

(Eng. )Basing on the knowledge of Hydrology and Hydraulics, some important hydraulic engineering topics are discussed. In the meanwhile, the relative theories, designing method and applications are also included. The focus is on hydraulic facilities, engineering economy and planning of hydraulic engineering. Furthermore, the other key point is introducing some problems that we’ll encounter in hydraulic engineering plans, and some basic knowledge at design. We can learn how to choose the optimal hydraulic engineering plan(s) by the viewpoints of engineering, economy, and environmental protection etc.
