(中文)瞭解坡地環境整體之規劃理念、方法、及內容，訓練學生在坡地保育規劃時，能決定適當之土地利用方式及具有保育防災所需之學理與技術。

(Eng. )To understand the concept, method, and content of conservation practices for comprehensive slopeland conservation planning. The principles and techniques of sustainable landuse and/or disaster prevention are the fundamental disciplines.

(中文)1. 從地形圖劃分指定出口之集水區範圍 2. 以自己的辭彙說明進行坡地保育所需的基本資料 3. 利用網路環境及工具，進行坡地保育基本資料之蒐集及比較 4. 以自己的辭彙定義坡地土砂災害之特性及防治方法 5. 描述坡地保育計畫之內涵及執行過程 6. 比較現有相關坡地保育研究與課程內容之差異

(Eng. )1. Delineate the watershed of specific outlet from a contour map. 2. Define the necessary data for slopeland conservation by their own terms. 3. Collect and compare the necessary data of slopeland conservation through internet environment and tools. 4. Define the characteristics and their mitigation methods of soil disasters in slopeland by their own terms. 5. Describe the contexts and operational procedures of slopeland conservation plans. 6. Compare the differences among the current research results of slopeland conservation and course materials.
